Role Overview

Product-focused full-stack engineering role where you will own features end-to-end across an expanding AI platform. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and real-world operational impact, building systems that directly drive revenue for customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own product features from design through production and iteration
  • Build real-time AI-driven user experiences, backend services, and data workflows
  • Translate customer feedback into rapid product improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, GTM, and forward-deployed teams
  • Maintain high standards for testing, reliability, and operational performance
  • Prioritize high-impact work in ambiguous environments

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of full-stack engineering experience (ideally 4–8 years)
  • Strong engineering fundamentals across backend and frontend systems
  • Experience shipping production products with measurable impact
  • Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, or AI-assisted workflows
  • Ability to own features end-to-end and operate independently
  • Willingness to work onsite in NYC
