Location: San Francisco, CA (In-Person)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

Overview

We are hiring a Growth Lead to build and execute the growth engine from zero inside a seed-stage, YC-backed startup.

This is a high-agency, high-intensity role working directly alongside the founder. You will operate in ambiguity, experiment aggressively, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role requires creativity, analytical rigor, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

What Youll Do

  • Build and execute the companys growth strategy from scratch

  • Design and launch creative growth experiments across multiple channels

  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact

  • Develop outbound, ABM, partnerships, community, and unconventional acquisition initiatives

  • Create compelling content and narrative that converts into demand

  • Implement attribution tracking and analyze performance metrics

  • Double down on what works and rapidly iterate on what doesnt

  • Work closely with the founder in a fast-moving, in-person environment

What Were Looking For

Core Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, ideally at a seed or Series A startup

  • Strong analytical capability with ability to track and report measurable growth metrics

  • Experience writing content and building narratives that generate pipeline

  • Comfort launching outbound, partnerships, community initiatives, and experimental growth strategies

  • Ability to measure attribution and optimize based on data

  • Willingness to work in person in San Francisco

Strong Plus

  • Previous experience at a YC-backed company

  • Seed-to-Series A startup exposure

  • Familiarity with the San Francisco startup ecosystem

  • Demonstrated measurable growth impact with clear, quantifiable metrics
