Role Overview

BCBA or Senior BCBA working in a clinic environment with small caseloads, excellent work-life balance, and a strong clinical outcomes focus. Caseloads are kept intentionally small so BCBAs can give each client the attention they need.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 5–7 clients
• Deliver high-quality ABA services in a clinic setting
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinic team on clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Active BCBA credential (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA
• 3+ years preferred
• For Sr. BCBA: 3+ years of BCBA experience

Compensation

• BCBA: $75,000–$85,000
• Sr. BCBA: $85,000–$92,000
• $6,000 Bonus
