Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a practicing family law attorney in California
  • Active California Bar membership
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Foundational knowledge: dissolution, support calculations, custody frameworks
  • Experience drafting MSAs, declarations, and motions
  • Three writing samples required: one motion/MPA, one declaration (assets/debts), one document involving spousal support, child support, or custody

Preferred

  • Court experience and comfort in hearings
  • Steady tenure at prior firms
