Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite; remote considered for exceptional candidates) | Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 + 0.3%–1% equity | O-1/OPT supported

Dodo is a YC-backed company building AI voice agent systems for healthcare clinics. With approximately $1M ARR and scaling across hundreds of locations, we're transforming how clinics handle patient communications.

The Role

This is a customer-facing engineering role where you'll onboard, deploy, and maintain AI voice agent systems for clinic partners. You'll be the bridge between our product and our customers, ensuring seamless implementations and ongoing reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead the onboarding and deployment of AI voice agent systems for new clinic partners
• Debug across prompts, configurations, and backend systems to resolve issues quickly
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-deployment
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to improve the platform based on field experience
• Operate independently in ambiguous environments with minimal direction

What We're Looking For

• Experience in forward deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and agent systems
• Strong debugging skills across prompts, configurations, and backend infrastructure
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills
