Growth Ops Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Onsite)

Role Overview

Growth Operations Lead responsible for building and scaling the full marketing and revenue operations engine from zero. This role owns the entire MarTech stack, data infrastructure, and automation systems that drive pipeline generation, attribution, and growth performance in a high-growth AI company.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build the full marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker, and related systems
  • Configure HubSpot end-to-end including lifecycle automation, lead routing, and scoring systems
  • Design and implement multi-touch attribution models to measure marketing performance
  • Build and maintain automation workflows across paid, email, events, and web channels
  • Ensure clean and accurate data flow across marketing, sales, and engineering systems
  • Develop scalable processes and playbooks for marketing operations and growth execution
  • Leverage AI tools such as Clay and similar platforms to enhance prospecting, enrichment, and campaign orchestration
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, and Engineering teams to define workflows and reporting structures

Requirements

  • 3 to 9 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue operations
  • Deep HubSpot experience is required and non-negotiable
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and BI tools
  • Ability to build systems and processes that scale across GTM functions
