Role Overview

High-impact GTM engineering role focused on building and scaling the outbound infrastructure that drives pipeline and revenue growth. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and own the systems powering prospecting, enrichment, and outreach.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable outbound systems including prospecting pipelines and automation workflows
  • Develop and optimize ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation strategies
  • Equip SDR teams with tooling, playbooks, and actionable data insights
  • Evaluate and implement GTM tools across CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and intent data
  • Track and analyze outbound performance metrics including conversion rates and pipeline contribution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, or RevOps
  • Experience building outbound systems and SDR motions from scratch
  • Strong hands-on capability with SQL, data modeling, and automation
  • Ability to operate across strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
