The Role

The client is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the operating system for its growth playbook — turning a founder-run, personal-automation setup into a mapped, actionable system and owning the full growth pipeline end to end. This is a technical-first hire: the founder is explicit that a technical degree and hands-on technical comfort matter more than formal GTM/growth experience, because deeply understanding the product is what earns internal buy-in.

Tech stack: Not specified; work spans data/reporting infrastructure, outbound automation, and lightweight internal AI tooling.

Requirements
