Role Overview

Key Account Sales Manager responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major B2B accounts including salons, beauty supply stores, chain retailers, and stylist networks for a global premium human hair products manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand partnerships with key B2B accounts
  • Maintain long-term relationships with major clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Visit major clients regularly to strengthen relationships
  • Identify client needs, present tailored product solutions, and close agreements
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned key accounts
  • Track and report sales performance, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional initiatives
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales or key account management experience
  • Experience in hair, beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to client locations
  • Fluent English communication

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
