Role Overview

Clinical Director or Senior Clinical Director leading a clinic and overseeing BCBAs. This leadership role includes a partial caseload of 3 clients and supervision of 2 BCBAs, with a strong emphasis on clinical quality, work-life balance, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinic operations
• Oversee and mentor 2 BCBAs within the clinic
• Carry a partial caseload of 3 clients
• Ensure high-quality ABA service delivery across the team
• Develop and maintain clinical standards and protocols
• Build and manage flexible scheduling across the team

Requirements

• Active BCBA credential (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA (Clinical Director)
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Ideal candidates are currently Sr. BCBA, Lead BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, or Clinical Director
• For Sr. Clinical Director: 2+ years as a Clinical Director

Compensation

• Clinical Director: $92,000–$102,000
• Sr. Clinical Director: $99,000–$109,000
• $10,000 Bonus
